Some recipes which I have used over the years growing up on stations. Can't claim them as mine but collected from friends and family.
Boned Shoulder marinade
Roasts meat in ½
the time.
Baste with following sauce
1 tablespoon hot English mustard
2 tablespoon brown sugar
30g butter
1 tablespoon plum jar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch cinnamon
1 tablespoon tomato sauce.
